Who we are
This website is operated by Helicasol, a subsidiary of Paalupiste Oy (business ID 1629605-3), headquartered in Porvoo, Finland. Helicasol delivers solar farm foundation services across Europe.
Paalupiste Oy is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. If you have questions about how we process your data, contact us at the details at the bottom of this page.
What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it. When you book a meeting through the calendar on our contact page, or reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect the following information:

How we use your data
Responding to enquiries. When you contact us through the website, we use your information to reply with the technical details, pricing or guidance you requested.
Providing quotes and proposals. If your enquiry relates to a specific project, we use the details you share to prepare a quote for helical-pile foundations.
Project communication. If your enquiry leads to a business relationship, we use your contact information for ongoing communication about deliveries, installation schedules and technical support.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis for processing
Legitimate interest is our legal basis for processing enquiry data from business-to-business contacts. When a solar developer, EPC or installer submits an enquiry, we have a legitimate interest in responding with the requested information.
Consent is required for any marketing communications. We will only send you promotional material if you have given us explicit permission. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Data retention
Enquiry data is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the date of your last contact, unless an active business relationship exists. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Analytics and visitor identification
Google Analytics 4. We measure visitor numbers and which pages get read. Analytics storage is denied by default through Google Consent Mode, so no analytics cookies are written until you allow them. Until then measurement runs cookieless.
Leadfeeder. A business-to-business service that infers the organisation behind a visitor's IP address, so we can see which companies read the site. It identifies companies, not individuals, and we do not use it to profile named people.
